Update

I tried to write a meaningful post last night, but Blogger was down for the count for about 12 hours. What are the odds? I don't post for a month and the one night I get some time/inclination, the software is being debugged. :-)

Anyway, I am resolved to renew my commitment to blogging. I went back through old entries last night and I really love having this living record of our time with Addie. Plus, I do enjoy blogging and I feel ill at ease when I don't record milestones and precious moments.

All that said, it is going to take another week or two to get back into the swing of things. First, because we've been on vacation (in NC) and second, because we are going on vacation again (NYC). So this isn't a great time to start trying to blog consistently. But afterward....we'll see if I can do better. I've set the bar pretty low, so I should be able to clear it with ease :-)
