In which Mary Katherine is Married and we are Merry

If you're all about Adelaide (and who isn't?!?) then you have to go back to the previous post to view the pictures of us on vacation. This post is all about Grown Up Life and the nuptials of one of my dearest darlings, Mary Katherine. MK and Jay tied the knot in Charleston. The wedding was beautiful and I couldn't be any happier for them. They have such a great story and this ceremony was yet another beautiful chapter in it! It was soooo nice to see our other great friends there as well. We just live too darn far apart ladies...and Dan too, of course! ;-)
Oh such pretty ones!
I've seen these EXACT expressions at least evelenty billion times and yet I never ever tire of them...
And these expressions too. :-) The funny thing about my pictures is that I was sitting across from Kristin and Lauren alllllll night no matter where we were, so I have at least another two dozen pics of those two. I talked to Kristin today and she said all of her pictures were of me and Chloe. So there you go! The tables were literally turned.
Chloe, Marie, and I
"Ladies...all the Ladies..."

Hilarity with cheese fries. Ah, Linda's...
Not sure

I'm willing to bet there is a picture of me taking this picture.

Stop in the name of love?

Bella bella Mizz Kizz ;-)

Love MK's short dress and great shoes. I took pics of those too, but on K's camera, I think?

Lauren and the last of the champagne. She forbid me to tell anyone about it, so I decided to merely post the picture instead. It was essential to our wedding experience, Roth.

Mary Katherine and her bridesmaids

OK, so every wedding has a story. This is a long one, but it involves a picture with sunglasses, a heavily laden suitcase, a toppled chair, and some keys down this very deep hole that just happened to belong to the mother of the bride.
And this intrepid adventurer, who went down into the very bowels of the Indigo Inn with a coat hanger to retrieve said keys. That's them, with the yellow keychain. Thanks again, Good Samaritan!

Vacation Vacation Vacation!

Looking a lot like Daddy in this one!

Addie is trying out her Bumbo chair for the first time....thanks again, Courts!

Hanging with Aunt Desi
Mama and her baby...yikes, I need some sun!
Addie is 3 months old!
Sacked out with Daddy. Tim let me sleep in that day until...10 o'clock. I felt like I could run a marathon after that unprecedented amount of rest. Thanks love!

And the title is really just the Cliff Notes version! Gah! SOOOOO long since last post! You can blame Tim's schedule for most of that, as he worked so much during his last rotation that I didn't have time to shower much less post! I mean, yes, I did get SOME bathing done, but there were far too many days with spit up in the hair. Thank heavens for ponytails. Now I just have to worry about traction baldness from too much ponytail time. Sigh.

Honestly, though, aside from Tim's schedule being brutal, it was a good month for the Ewalds. We bought a new car (a Ford Escape hybrid!) and went on a much needed vacation. More about this later.

In Addie's World, it's been all about "talking" and laughing this month. She burbles away to herself and to whoever will listen. It's so darn cute. She also laughs...at funny faces, funny noises, tickling, and at herself for reasons that only she knows! Tim and I never tire of hearing her talk and making her laugh. She honestly gets tired of it long before we do. We are so in love with this baby.

I'd love to write more about my wonderful child, but I'm frankly exhausted right now. So I think I'm just going to post a slew of pictures, because honestly, that's the real gold of the blog, right?

Edit: As I look at this, I realize the format is totally backwards and messed up. Forgive me, I'll try to work on cleaning it up tomorrow!
